GAYO Joins the SARSYC Conference in Botswana to Champion Public Health and Education

Girls Activist Youth Organisation (GAYO) is excited to announce our participation in the 2024 Southern Africa Regional Students and Youth Conference (SARSYC) held from July 17th to 19th at Travel Lodge in Gaborone, Botswana. This year’s theme, “Advancing Equitable Access to Public Health and Education,” resonates deeply with our mission to empower young people and foster equitable opportunities.

Our Program Manager, Gilbert M’bwana, represents GAYO at this Remarkable event. The conference provides a platform for young leaders and professionals to collaborate, share insights, and develop strategies to address the region’s public health and educational challenges.
